Termite Risk and Prevention
"Serving Greater Phoenix Area"
Prevention:
Prevent water accumulation next to your home's foundation. Divert water away with accurately functioning downspouts, gutters and splash blocks. Reduce wetness in crawl spaces with proper ventilation. On no account conceal firewood scraps or excess wood in the yard. Most importantly, eliminate lumber contact with the soil. Retain a one-inch gap between the soil and wood portions of the building.
